How do you value this when there are no sales to speak of? The .03 is probably high. You can talk potential all you want but until there is something to show this product is in demand, potential doesn't mean squat. Waiting for parents to predict $2 by year end again. Or may parents and pde are out. Current share price says everything anyone would want to know about this company and that ain't much. imo
