$WOLV Cyber Crime ~ There's an App for That™
Ladies & Gentlemen
Cyber-crime is growing rapidly and is now crippling business and personal
identities on a daily basis. Today there are already in excess of 4 billion
mobile devices all running on Mobile Applications (software). Be they
from Apple, Google Android, BlackBerry or a host of others, they all have
an inherent flaw: none can protect or secure the device they run on from
hacking or intrusion with 100% certainty. (There are countless stories on the news web)

Security on computer equipment is now at a level of crisis; as was stated
by the US Government it is the single greatest threat to American
sovereignty - outweighing the War on Terrorism.

"How is this possible?"

The full answer is very complex as it is the same cause that has our
corporate and government computers the victims of billions of dollars in
losses from Cyber-crime and intrusion, fraud and intellectual property
theft. The short answer is that a software "App" must be watched at every
step as it internally processes data in order to keep it safe.

Thousands of companies have created technologies to watch data as it goes
"into" and "out of" the software, looking for anomalous or erroneous
activity that may have occurred. However none can watch the bit-by-bit
processing "inside" as the software is operating. No software can "watch
itself" to ensure the work it is doing is correct or authorized. There-in
lies the entire Cyber Security problem.

ENIGMAMobil™ has changed that paradigm and is creating ~ an app for that.

Within the first three pages of the easy read Investment document attached, you will
discover why the problem has never been solved before and what has now been
invented to solve this global crisis now.

What you are looking at here is a very rare world monopoly in one of the
largest revenue markets: Technology.

"Why doesn't someone else come up with the solution in the meantime?"

Quick Answer: The problem has been systemic for 45 years with no solution
and with the cyber crisis worsening every day, no one sees a short term
resolve. In fact, an $18 Billion contract was just pulled from one of the
largest security developers, CDC (for the Federal Government), by Congress
after 3 years into an attempt to solve the problem, citing the company had
made no acceptable progress toward a solution.

Even though the solution technology is fully patent protected (20yr), we do
not rest alone on that. ENIGMAMobil™ will be in the market 10 months
after this financing. Should another company attempt to create similar
software, they would not only be up against the patent, but the
game-changing language "Vulcan™( the patent name )", as discussed here-in, took a further 10
years of focused development to create. This "Vulcan™" language is
available exclusively to ENIGMAMobil™.

First to market solving a $2 Trillion dollar crisis has a clear "rite
of passage" for success. Patent aside again, the problem will have been
solved by ENIGMA, a new standard will have been set for security and the
spoils go to the victor.

To further enhance the investment the company has been structured with a
clear exit strategy in mind which is clearly defined inside the document.

This is a one-time opportunity for investment with no watering down to
follow. This is not so much about finding investors to risk - it is about
investors that are clear and informed on the problem and want to realize a
large gain for their knowledge of the magnitude of the problem.

I intend to have this financing closed in the short term. The market is
demanding a solution - the technology is ready.

Warm wishes,

David Chalk
