Ok IGlow! So Cruz goes through the trouble of a Rico Suave trademark, invests over $100K and converts to shares, the entire BOD is being paid in shares, Cruz continues to keep financials current, the last PR states a spin off and more focus on hemp and MMJ, Cruz advertises a merger and uplist and then he simply closes the doors by months end? Insane!
