Now they charged off around $6.1 million as impairment cost. It seems they gave up since 94% of their claimed money, say, GONE!!!.
This makes sense because the final ruling on April 2014 from the Mexico court nailed the decision on the favor of MSJ and no more trial. And the former CEO, Stephen Roehrig resigned his position on June 2014 because he realized that there is no way to recover.
Their impairment charging off already done, and now only left thing is how MSJ, SRGE, and AEM gonna write a great story for us, longs.
