Cruz needs to explain his plan in more detail. I don't understand how a BOD member and CFO can be so obtuse! In one breath the guy advertises uplisting which takes a minimum PPS of .01/share. Then he all but ignores the daily drop in shareholder value which only makes his job more difficult when it comes to uplisting.
I'll give the man benefit of the doubt and assume he and/or his advisors aren't complete OTC idiots. Assuming he understands the OTC or his advisors do; he must have a plan to reduce the share structure using the merger and/or spin off strategy. In addition adding much value to GRCU in order to get the PPS beyond .01.
If not then this "note holder" converted to shares is wasting his money. Has anyone seen these notes? The lawyer providing the opinion letter says he reviewed all so I assume the notes exist? I haven't looked on the OTC website to see if scanned copies of the note transactions exist.
