Hello, everyone,
It was nice to hear from some of you today. Not so nice hearing from my favorite stalker. But, you have to take the bad with the good I suppose.
So, Cassandra thinks that after being in default for some time, owing fees in excess of 7500.00, a company can just submit amendments of the corporation and expect the Secretary of the amending state to say "sure, here you go...we don't know why we impose fees and regulations anyway. Do as you will and we will file it for you." ?
I think I shall suggest all my clients move their business over to Nevada. Shucks, maybe I will get an added bonus for sparing them all the hassle they endure with their present incorporating state.
This is such a familiar scenario. And just as it was in late 2013, it boggles my mind her interest in disseminating her blatant lies and repeated attacks since, after all, she is not nor was she ever a shareholder.
Since yes, I am acting in a certain capacity for Drone Services USA, Inc., and am the person responsible for filing 99% of all documents related to the present state of affairs (as a service mind you and NOT as a director of the company or an employee) of the corporation as it has been discussed at my favorite bashing venue, I will tell you unequivocally that ole Cassandra, is, once again, WRONG!
I am working with a syndicate that works directly with the Nevada SOS who has confirmed that even they are very curious as to why the name change amendment information has been posted since in FACT the necessaries to bring the company to "current" status as well as additional filings were made PRIOR to the name change amendment. Furthermore, the name change was not the lone amendment on that particular filing. The fact that only one part of the amendment was filed and is now published boggles my mind.
I don't care who she says she called and what she claims she was told. Once again, Cassandra is very wrong.
Short of publishing the receipts and stamped information by the agencies with who I am working and email correspondences by a number of people within the regulatory body that oversees such transaction made in this great country of ours to PROVE she is full of it, there is nothing that can be done but wait. I don't imagine the wait will be much longer.
