That's funny since I just got off the phone with Kerry and she was very friendly and answered my questions as much as the law says. She did confirm that she filed the corporate documents for Drone Services and PVEC. She said that there is in fact a problem with the filings and it is because of the SOS not anyone else. and that it is true that the state of Nevada would not allow an amendment to be filed any kind of amendment if the company is in default. She was pretty adamant about that stating specifically that there is no way PVEC could have changed its name if it were in default. She said she is working with the necessary parties in Nevada to make sure that the filings are fixed and updated by the Nevada SOS as soon as possible but they are backlogged.
And I asked her if she works for PVEC again. She said she does not and that her company is CMR but she is representing Drone Services USA in this matter and that she cant say anything else until all the information is publicly released by the agencies.
