It could be someone who was already bidding at 0,0001 for a long time or it could be someone who has 2 accounts or 2 persons working together with a different account. Suppose one person puts up a bid of 0,0005 and then the other person drops his shares at 0,0001 at the exact same time. The person who offered 0,0005 will get the shares at 0,0001. The price can be manipulated this way.
