Do a forward split instead of a reverse split, if

If you were talking about a reverse split when you mentioned RS, then I agree with you; it would not be good. I believe the only reason they would do it would be to get the price up over $1 so that they can uplist to a bigger market.
But I think they have a real potential here to get the price up above $1 by the end of the summer without RS. I don't think that they will be ready to uplist anyway until end of summer, and I don't think that they are going to jump straight away to one of the big markets.
But I bet you if they announced a 2:1 forward split on their stock, the price would skyrocket over then next few following days and overtake the original price before the split. I saw it happen with ticker LIVE at the beginning of last year. They were a little over $3 and then announced a 3:1 forward split and the price skyrocketed to $30 pre-split. A forward split gives investors confidence whereas a reverse split has a connotation of being a last-ditch effort to keep a stock afloat. I do realize that in THCZ's position, they may need to get the price up above a certain level to advance in to a high market, but I strongly believe they can achieve those share prices without the split.
Their recent announcement of hiring a third party auditing firm to be up to date with their filings and balance sheets does indicate that they are going to try to uplist to a better market. But I still think that is about 6-12 months out.
