Re: PowerPuncher #10208

Let me preface everything with a few qualifiers. First and foremost, no one should ever take anything posted on this board, or anywhere on the internet as solicitation or suggestion that they should buy stocks. I want to be abundantly clear that I'm not here to try and convince anyone to buy stock.

I'm happy to help answer questions whenever possible to the best of my knowledge. I'm a technical person and designed most of the technology and products being offered by NTEK. I had a brief stint as CEO when my co-founder left the company and there was no one left to take over.

I'm personally the biggest investor NTEK has. I've leveraged my family's life savings and invested it in NTEK. I allowed the company to borrow money and put a lien on my home (which is still there) to secure the money for the company. I signed over a significant amount of intellectual property that I created and owned to the company. I dedicated over 7 years of 100+ hour work weeks to the company.

As many of you know I've been battling a legal issue since 2005 when I tried to sell my previous company UltraCade Technologies. The transaction was never completed, I and others were never paid, and after settling the conflict in civil court, the US Attorney's decided to go after me even though the claims by GVR were dropped in the settlement. That legal battle, at a time when I had no income and no resources, drove me to a settlement and I pled guilty to what I had done wrong. Despite the rhetoric and misinformation that is being spewed, the charges were very concise and defined and are available for the public to review and make their own decision about. I've never hidden from this situation, addressing it openly in the public forums as far back as 2012. None of this has anything to do with NTEK and is only a personal matter.

All of the above said, let's see what I can answer for you.

>> We will be adding titles from Millennium, IFC and Nu Image this month.
It appears that Hollywood companies are slower than molasses when it comes to completing contracts. I know that these companies have been engaged for some time and some of the movies are ready to go as soon as the ink hits paper. Beyond that, I can't give a time frame.

>>2) We are about to launch the product with Sony, Hi-Sense, LG, Sharp >>and Panasonic

Sony has been completed and is in the hands of Sony to push to the public. I'm confident that is in short order. The others are in QA and will be released as soon as they complete the QA process.

>>3) We are also adding support for many new devices including an OSX >>version that will be available
>>on the new 5K iMAC at the end of this month, as well as iOS and Google >>TV devices.

OSX is done and they are just confirming some of the security issues to prevent stream recording. Once those are confirmed it should be available on the UltraFlix website for download. My guess is less than 2 weeks.

Google TV is in QA with a couple of STB manufacturers.

iOS is on the heels of the OSX release.

>>4) I am happy to announce that as of this week we are an authorized >>partner with Dolby for both the Dolby Vision and Atmos products, and will >>soon be offering content featuring both of these technologies.

Can't comment on the availability until someone ships a TV with support for these. I believe these TV's will start hitting the market this summer. Dolby is awesome and visiting their offices was a real enjoyable time from a technical perspective.

>>also 5) do you know if ntek will be represented @ nabshow starting apr 11, >>2015? can you share anything about what shareholders can expect?

NAB is a show for providers of technology to the broadcast and streaming market. NTEK only offers consumer products and devices and thus has never exhibited at NAB. Many times there are companies that use NTEK products for demonstration, and I'm sure there will be some there this year as well. NTEK team members always attend NAB and have meetings with many providers of products and technology used by NTEK.

>>6) shareholder letter references
>>- eom business
>>- hvel share distribution
>>- ultraflix catalog business
>>when should shareholders expect to learn more about each? anything you >>can tell us about them now?

I don't know what EOM business is. HVEL share distribution I know the same as everyone else. HVEL put in to FINRA for a name change, forward split and share registration. I'm sure they will announce when that is completed.

>>for ex
>>1) cause of some recent catalog delays (uploaded and availibility on >>ultraflix)
what titles are you referring to?

>>2) can shareholders expect hvel share dist by the shareholders meeting
I would have no information about this.

>>3) when shareholders might learn about the new oem product or business
I would have no information about this.

>>a) How possible is this?
100% possible.

>>b) Do we have anything definitive on the horizon?
Yes

>>c) Can you discuss what live streaming entails & why NTEK might do >>well in this space? TY
The ability to produce realtime multibit rate streams is a combination of hardware and software solutions and quality can vary greatly. The quality aspect becomes a huge issue as you get below 15mbit/s.

>>2) Has UltraFlix process and/or methodologies generated any patents?
>>a) If so how many?

Several Patents Pending

>>b) Can you guesstimate how long before shareholders can get public >>confirmation on them?

I believe the filings become public in a year.

>>3) What do you think about the future and value of the 6 Gaming Labs >>patents?
Those guys are brilliant and they have reinvented gaming. That stuff will be worth a fortune some day.

>>4) Is ntek pursuing digital signage business in any real way now or in the >>future?
Some of the OEM customers are digital signage users.

>>5) Any updates on the (MS3D) magic screen 3d business?
I don't believe they have announced anything recently.

>>6) Will Gaming-Labs help with access to anything UltraFlix, MS3D, NP-C >>or any other ntek products or services (like OEM business)?
no, separate company completely and none of those products mentioned have any use in Gaming.

Re: BigHank #10240

Timing is everything. Audits and PPS impact the ability to sell shares at a profit for shareholders, but don't do anything to further the company at this time. The company is enjoying a unique position in the market and a window of opportunity that is not unlimited.

4K TV's are just starting to take off. My own personal experience is that roughly 70% of the population still isn't familiar with it. That said, the numbers are growing exponentially and I believe that this Christmas will be a remarkable amount of 4K sales and consumer education by the TV manufacturers and the retailers. With this fall being a critical mass time frame, being positioned as the number one source of 4K content is a very good position. Ensuring that A titles, exclusive titles and the biggest selection can catapult a small company like NTEK.

That said, the focus on continuing to stay at the leading edge of the 4K technology, adding new and unique features, adding best in class quality, and building the biggest library are all very important components to success. Consumers renting movies don't care about audits or PPS, they care about the product offering. The product offering, and capturing consumers will drive the revenues and profits, which will in turn drive the PPS and attract more and new investors.

Audits and uplisting are important long term, content and customers are important short term. All needs to be done so that we all reap the rewards of our investment.

I have a question if you don't mind responding it, what happened to the 60K NP-1s? I know it was mentioned JVC was going to purchase them and bundle them with their projectors, what's the status of that? Are they going to be reflected on the financial statements? Or if they are currently reflected, under what items? Thanks again.

Re: HGG #10217

I can't provide any information about financial statements other than they always contain sales of all products including the NP-1. I would assume that NP-1 sales are part of the media division revenues. I know that Ingram Micro is the distributor of the product. JVC and others are reselling the product. Several companies are OEM'ing the product under private label.

Re: DavidRFoley #10219

Hey David,

I just had a generalized question, not asking if it is actually being done, just if it could be done, and how long the announcement period is.

If NTEK were buying back shares now, because they are being manipulated so low..

They could (just as an example set aside say a $500,000) and buy as many shares as that can at .012 and if it goes lower, then obviously at that price)

Do you remember what the filing period is for insider buying, in terms of how many days after they buy, they are supposed to file. Also if the buying started one day and finished 2 or 3 days later,

would the filin be based on the last day shares were bought, as that was the completion of the purchasing of shares?

I was just curious if you knew,

Thanks David for being here and answering the other questions,

truth

Re: truthaboutcompanies #10231

I doubt NTEK is buying back shares as Peter indicated the primary focus of cash right now is gaining top level content deals. Share buyback is only smart when other cash needs don't exist.

I believe insider buying reports are due within 5 days, but I'm not sure. I'm sure there is info on the SEC site with regards to those requirements.

Re: DavidRFoley #10219

David is there anything shareholders can do to help promote UF? For example, if we printed off a page of new content on the UF homepage and gave it to the mom and pop tv shops to help them sell 4k sets, do you mind if we do that? Or how about social media sites for some of the concerts etc. Do you mind us promoting the 4k stuff there? Social media seem like an inexpensive way to get the word out

Re: Ronwy #10225

Getting the word out can never hurt. If you email leslie@ntek.com with the name and phone number of any TV store selling 4K TV's she can reach out to them.
