So the statement seems that investors will be getting the spinoffs as well come April 30th.
This special distribution of InternetArray, Inc. common stock will entitle each HNSS stockholder to also receive pro rata shares of the INAR spinoffs of BidSellBuy and Premier Gold Traders.
