Actually I had no idea till tonight that the lawyers wrote these orders and then waited for a Judge to sign them. When it says the court orders that these be granted... I took that for what it said.
A post from TD admitting he is wrong. Wow .... Most likely he's wrong about most the stuff he post's about.
It's still impossible for him to decipher between the possibility of something happening and there is no possibilty what so ever of it happening.
This meaning FINRA accepting the form 211 and a MM signing on with Treaty.
Nothing is written that Treaty being charged is prohibited from trading again on the OTC. Only it is the MM's discretion. It does sound difficult to do but not impossible.
Whatelse other truth's are you with holding from us TD ?
