$FWDG - Q&A How do you rate the management team
Post# of 1456
How do you rate the management team?
Top reason why I invested.
In My Opinion:
I would rate management at the A-D range if A is worst and Z is the best in terms of following through with plans and caring about shareholder value.
In terms of hanging carrots while diluting they are in the upper S-W range!
Top initial top reason I invested in FWDG was for Herbal Synergy (aka CB Scientific)!
Charlie developed a great product that Bill Short and the spectacular Denver team brought to the public with great fanfare, then Talari snatched it and got rid of everyone.
Bill also got sales rolling in with URVape which is a mass produced Chinese vape pen with any logo, which I thought was cute.
Then they bought land close to some of my property which I thought was interesting since they had no money or people in area. I wonder how long before INCC has a lawsuit filed with FWDG?
Then they jumped on the snake oil sales train with CBEssence which they wont even say where its produced or hemp grown.
Now FWDG has no one in CO from the company which is a red flag if doing any MJ business or related businesses in this state.
CB website now has Trimble & Associates Greenwood Village office as their contact address, I don't even care enough to find the connection there, if there is one.
As far as investing in this company I would say probably not a good idea. Trading it is probably best or find something better.
Yes, some people have been here years and yet they invested and believed in an energy company which is now a new mj company and yet they still believe in management?
I believe Talari thinks everyone is an idiot concerning the dividend shares. It took his other company years to come to fruition.
He needs to file an S-1 and according to the 8-K it sounds like the computer was just turned on and they are waiting for it to boot.
"Company is in the initial stages of the preparation of the S1 to be filed with SEC."
lol, "initial stages of the preparation"!
Once filed it takes an average of 4-6 months for an S-1 to go through all the comments and changes before approval, I'm guessing it takes Talari and ASSociates at least 9-12 months trying to get it approved.
Then if approved you will be able to trade your free shares, if you held them from now until then.
Most likely he will just sell everything before any dividend shares become free trading.
Well I'm off to the Cannabis Cup for the weekend! Peace from Denver!
I hope this helps some folks to dig deeper if investing and happy trading!
