I think a dividend would be a value added DUTV benefit down the road once the share price is planted firmly solid north.

At that time it will entice the next class of investors. Right now the spoils will go to the speculators who cast their lots with the "potential" of DUTV. By the time divy's arrive I think the world will already know DUTV has real value for sure.
