No hard feelin's though. 
Everyone has always known that McHenry is not in the driver's seat as far as public releases are concerned.
Fun thing about these financial reports is that they are always at least 6 months behind the current date(with Garry taking advantage of his late filing abilities) which gives McHenry a lot of flexibility on how he presents things. His dollars are working in real time and he knows how to maneuver the reports to best set up the next coming report to reflect the business most positively.
As long as the audit passes I got no gripe with his methods.
I don't believe for a second that McHenry would invest all this time and effort in falsely representing DUTV's activities for no apparent financial gain while risking some legal reprecussions.
So we move along patiently and watch both DUTV and the IP market. Eventually the truth will emerge. It has to.
