This is taking much longer than anyone could have foreseen early last year. Who would have believed if someone had posted that HC would stall and eventually deny the license, that Tom Bain would do a 180 and stab CEN Biotech in the back and that the incessant howling from the Internet bloggers, newspapers and broadcast medium would continually libel and slander CEN Biotech and Bill Chaaban for over a year?
