Agreed here. I think they would have just let it sit. I think their basis for rejecting is going to be on actions taken/things spoken (by Cen) since they could not reject based on our building and following the procedures, and they will follow through on trying to keep us from being ruled in favor of.

Now, if they give in without a long fight, I will not be complaining!
