Yes it was, as it should have been announced in a more detailing manor within the PR..............how many deep pink investors will actually take the quick initiative to fully understand what implication a "spin off" could actually have both positively and negatively............and as it was followed by a represented cost for maintaining the Rico brand ($11k plus first quarter), within the current vision of the company, it came off and appeared as being a burden to the company as well as a drag on profits and current shareholder value.
