Lets look at the pr..jones is gone, cruz takes over..imo he has been running the show and financing from the start. RICO was a test market in LA. Seems everyone loves it. They want to get back to being "GREEN CURES" What does that say..? Has to be mmj..no dilution, repeat no dilution and thats where we were headed. He save the runner , Rico,, Spins it off and if new company runs with it hard with advertising etc. We get free shares as it was part of GRCU.
