Cruz didn't detail how he plans on spinning off Rico Suave but if he can pull this off then it will be huge for existing shareholders. Those selling today are the waiters and gas station attendents who have zero business dabbling in startup OTC penny stocks. Those buying know business structure and some of their buys are large lots. These investors know mergers, subsidiaries, and mergers. They know what this PR means to GRCU's future, it's share structure and a future uplist.
Cruz has big plans but it will take a lot longer than any OTC flipper, trader or business major wannabe will most likely wait for!
