eQ PLC APPLIES FOR LISTING OF ITS 2010 STOCK OPTIONS ON NASDAQ OMX HELSINKI
In accordance with a resolution of the board of directors made today, eQ Plc has applied for listing of 2010 option rights on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki main list to commence on 8 May 2015.
Key employees of eQ Plc currently hold a total of 50,000 option rights marked with the symbol 2010A, 250,000 with the symbol 2010B, 250,000 with the symbol 2010C, 390,000 with the symbol 2010D and 390,000 with the symbol 2010E, in total 1,330,000 option rights.
The listing has been applied for the option series 2010A-D, which will be merged into one option series (“eQ Option rights 2010”). Key employees hold a total of 940,000 eQ Option rights 2010. The subscription period for the eQ Option rights 2010 has commenced and it will end on 31 May 2020. Each eQ Option right 2010 entitles to subscribe for one new share of the company. The share subscription price is currently EUR 1.61 per share. From the subscription price, as per the relevant record date, be deducted the amount of dividends and equity distributed as repayment of equity from the invested non-restricted equity reserve decided before the share subscription.
The new shares subscribed with the option rights will be entered to the Trade Register four times per year according to the following timetable, provided that the aggregate amount of subscribed shares exceeds 20,000 pcs.

However, the entry in the Trade Register will be made at least once a year, within one month from the end of the financial year. The shares subscribed with the option rights entitle holders to dividends and other shareholder rights after the shares have been registered. eQ reserves the right to change any of the Trade Register entry dates indicated above, if necessary. Further, eQ does not assume any liability for non-registrations occurring on any of the above-mentioned dates.
In addition, the board of directors has also resolved that the option rights marked with the symbol 2010E will be applied for listing in the same series as the eQ Option rights 2010, once the subscription period for the option rights 2010E has commenced on 1 April 2016. The company will publish a separate stock exchange release regarding the listing of the 2010E option rights at a later stage.
The subscription place for share subscriptions with the 2010 stock options is eQ Plc.
The terms and conditions of stock option scheme 2010 and information on subscribing shares with stock options are available on eQ Plc’s website www.eQ.fi . The issuance of the 2010 stock options was announced as a stock exchange release on 18 August 2010.
