First of all my post was based on the facts I posted from the most recent financials and not my opinion. GRCU is in the process of a merger, seeking an auditor, and eventually an up list. None of what shareholders are seeking will happen overnight. It's only been one year. I prefer slow and steady without dilution or heavy debt over the latter. Answers to your questions:
1) Cruz is CFO and not CEO because he is the primary investor in Green Cures Inc. A CFO will have more oversight and control over the funds than a CEO. The CEO will orchestrate all but if you read the filings; the BOD votes on all. As the old saying goes; "follow the money".
2) It states in the filing GRCU is in the process of developing a few marketing strategies. I posted those strategies from the filings.
3) No clue on Rico girl appearances and I don't care! As though an appearance will increase sales? I doubt a local appearance from the Rico girls brings national attention to Rico Suave.
