I was referencing the test itself being about 15 seconds long once it begins? And if I recall last time firestream was reporting live the time from when they got on the plane to slides deploying ect was very short.

I'm only offering a possible answer to why they said, if they said, they are 15 minutes from proving flights. Thought that may have been a expression they used to reference the fact that the test they are currently on is very short.
