Not going to lose. Do you think Bill Chaaban is going to just give up if by some serious stretch of the imagination the Judicial Review is unfavorable? First of all I can see no way the Judicial Review goes badly for CEN Biotech. There is too much empirical evidence to prove that HC denying the license is a travesty.
