UAPC .0013. Float maybe locked up...*Notice on chart less and less volume(VERY LOW TO BEGIN WITH under 3-10M A DAY)..IMAGINE IF SOME REAL VOLUME CAME IN. I HAVE NO DOUBT THIS WOULD CROSS .01 VERY EASY WITH SOME VOLUME...IF A GROUP JUMPED ON THIS EVERYONE WOULD MAKE ALOT OF MONEY...DONT MATTER THE ENTRY....HARDLY ANY SOLD UNDER THE .0013...ADD THE VOLUME UP.)
