Lets say they get a favorable review, get a license. Isnt the next legal battle with the town when they vited to classify MMJ as industrial and not agricultural? They had no choice but to admit we are zoned right, but say we are not grandfathered in. Right now its all about the license with HC, will this also deal with that stupidity classifying MJ as industrial?
