well the customer list that you refer to is clearly not the current kmag of reid's concern--that has been debunked many times--absurd to even consider that list which is no longer even available since the web site is down. verifiable employees?--lol--you cannot find one anywhere--phone number--yeah you get voicemail--but never a return call.
and again--even reid has not stated that he has audited financials--he has only promised to provide them--that isnt verification of them
your claim that the form 10 is being held hostage by the sec is absurd-- there is no reason for them to do that and there is no reason for reid to not post his form 10 on a web site or face book--since he has not--logically it would seem that there is no form 10--just because you say there is one does not make it so
