Ask Hillary how to get around that little problem. I'm sure Trey Gowdy is going to ask her. How do you know those emails and records were not on a "private" server? I'm not saying they are but we have zero knowledge about how this was done. If you knew you were committing a crime would you have the proof of that in a public record/server? We have absolutely no reason whatever to trust HC.
