Paul brings 15 years experience providing risk consulting, insurance brokerage and legal advice to large corporate clients, major universities such as Georgetown, hospitals and individuals. With three boys and a girl, he is highly motivated to make a difference in our communities and schools. He developed the concept for Siren while considering communication outcomes following higher education evacuations from the Middle East during the Arab Spring.

Gina has 12+ years running software development teams and has been helping Siren develop its technology from the beginning. Gina worked with Silicon Valley Start-Up General Magic, leading the team that developed what is now General Motor’s OnStar system. Gina brings her experience with OnStar and running numerous other projects to Siren.
