It makes all the sense in the world that now 4k TV manufacturers will begin marketing campaigns around the content that is available on their products (Ultraflix of course being one of the sources). Why? It's because it's the biggest barrier to sale of these TV's... Prices certainly aren't any longer. Some people just aren't convinced that there's enough content out there. The prospective consumer must be educated on what's currently available, and will be in short order. And that's where the marketing dollars will be shifting for these TV manufacturers... Content. Now let's think...
Who has the largest 4K library you ask? NTEK
Who has relationships in place with most of the major 4k TV manufacturers you ask? NTEK
Who's been negotiating with the big boys behind closed doors as basement-dwelling mouth-breathers bash 24/7 you ask? NTEK
My guess is (and this is just conjecture) that the deals in place with these manufacturers also carry with them some promises of co-op dollars to fund awareness campaigns on TV and large media buys online, etc. Lord knows NTEK doesn't have the money to do so... Nor do we want them spending money on that.
Sit back. Relax. It's going to be a great year.
