I imagine that we are currently at the mercy of the FAA Schedule. Sounds like Baltia is doing what they can for the time being. Whoever is doing Baltia's scheduling with the FAA is one of the many unsung heroes of this story and deserves an award when this is all past us.
While it seems like a series of "next week" announcements. Scheduling 40-50 FAA personnel over and over and all the logistics involved sounds like a nightmare.
