Could you please be more specific on the "big mistakes." I'm not trying to be a Dick I'm actually curious. Other than the obvious retrace of pps which the company doesn't control and poor communication what specifically are the big mistakes. If you want to say the np1 fine but I don't see it that way at all. I've posted a lengthy opinion on Iscrub awhile ago it was a sticky if interested. Basically the market exploded and evolved faster than ANYONE expected. There is no longer a need really for a 4k box as all tvs are smart and 4k capable now. However, it did open many doors and legitamized Nanotechs 4K ott abilities. Long term this is much better for the company as Ultraflix will be universally available with better margins. The company has ALWAYS stated Ultraflix was the focus and Np1 was just a temporary solution to provide a vehicle. Now, if they had said initially that they intended to build the next best set top box and wanted to be hardware manufactorers to compete with Roku, I would agree it was a failure but that's not the case. From where I sit they've executed the plan very well all things considered and being a small cap unknown company. They have positioned Ultraflix to be a serious competitor of Netflix and Amazon. They have managed to be a featured app and promoted by Samsung, Sony and Vizio. They have inked content deals with Paramount, MGM, Magnolia Millennium and many more coming. Let's remember the 4k market has been virtually non existent until now. The run up on hype was just as manipulated as the run back down. The pps is irrelevant to INVESTORS until the major investment in this 4k ott service either results in revenues or it doesnt. If Ultraflix fails then that is a "big mistake." In my view we have to give it a chance to succeed before criticizing too much. I do wish they has a better mouthpiece for sure. The info in the last SHL was huge but was mostly dismissed because of lackluster delivery on the CC. Keep in mind NTEK is mostly unknown outside the small "pennyland" circle. This is all going to change quickly, imo, with this national marketing campaign with partners like Sony, Samsung and Vizio. Once subscribers and revenues are revealed it's game on. Audits don't mean jack until this happens anyway. Just my 2 cents.
