There must be good reasons why smart people running a business are reluctant to expose the business publically! A person smart enough to develop numerous hemp based products and get them out on websites, bring a company public, not dilute or take on heavy debt knows best and deserves benefit of the doubt. I'm sure Cruz and company are working a plan. I'm confident they have good reasons not to cater to a shareholder's whim's.
The financials show that Cruz has been the lender to Green Cures Inc (private) and he is the majority shareholder of Green Cures Inc Without Cruz; GRCU'S entire plan to merge and restructure would fall apart. . Those wanting him out are idiots and don't understand GRCU's "implied" plans or future business structure but they sure as hell complain quite a bit! If I were Cruz and had his success, I would tell these people "to go to hell" and if they don't like how I'm running a business then sell your shares or start your own hemp based products business! Again, without Cruz there would not be a Green Cures Inc to merge with GRCU or would there be a GRCU! Again, those wanting his removal aren't reading and/or don't fully understand the business structure. I don't pretend to understand all of it but I'm not blindly following the other sheep but trying to provide as much DD as possible.
David O. invents the products while Cruz is funding the operation Green Cures Inc. (private company) and converting the notes to shares when the monies come due. There is a method to why it was planned this way! I believe those shares and additional shares will be retired during the merger of Green Cures Inc (private) and GRCU (public). I don't believe a buyback will be necessary but a retirement through the merger of Green Cures Inc. and GRCU (public) will happen. In addition the dividend is still in play by June 30th of this year (I provide many screenshots below proving my point).
This "part time" opinion is message board propaganda and only opinion. In one breath we have comments of "the company doesn't return emails, return calls or communicate in general." Then in another breath there are these comments that are written as definitive facts but they are nothing but opinions and guesses.
It's BS because nobody has facts because nobody has communicated directly with the company. I wouldn't communicate with crybabies either! Personally I could give a chit less if ever crybaby sold tomorrow because I would buy them up all the way down to .0001! This BS I'm reading is hearsay, rumor, propaganda, and bullchit! I don't read one comment on Ihub or Ihangout that doesn't come from another's opinion like IGlow's and the like. It's nothing but one board member influencing another's! For those who don't read financials and I get the impression many don't; here are some facts (for a change!):
