BCO) reported earnings for the year ended December 31, 2014, were $1,196,000 or $0.63 per share, compared to earnings of $1,012,000 or $0.65 per share during 2013. "Earnings in 2013 were buoyed by a onetime, Other Real Estate Owned (ORE), accounting methodology change that increased earnings by $126,000 or 0.08 cents per share. Prior to the adjustment, shareholders earned 0.57 per share during 2013. It is important to recall that the average number of outstanding shares increased by 23% in 2014 versus 2013.
