1st Colonial Bancorp Reports Fourth Quarter Net Income Growth and 2014 Profit of $1,326,000

1st Colonial Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQB:FCOB), holding company of 1st Colonial Community Bank, today reported that its net income for the three months ended December 31, 2014 was $561,000 ($0.14 per share), compared to $153,000 ($0.04 per share) for the three months ended December 31, 2013. Net interest income increased $483,000 resulting from continued growth in interest earning assets. Non-interest income also increased by $202,000, primarily attributable to increased fees from the origination and sale of residential first mortgage loans.

On November 19, 2014, the Board of Directors of 1st Colonial Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQB:FCOB) declared a five percent stock dividend to the company's shareholders. The dividend will be distributed on all issued and outstanding shares held of record as of April 1, 2015 and will be payable on April 15, 2015. Accordingly, each shareholder as of the record date will receive one share of common stock for every 20 shares of common stock that they own on that date, plus an additional share in lieu of any fractional share payable to the shareholder.

(OTCQB:FCOB), holding company of 1st Colonial Community Bank, today reported that its net income for the three months ended September 30, 2014 was $362,000 ($0.11 per share) compared to $256,000 ($0.08 per share) for the three months ended September 30, 2013. Net interest income increased $333,000 resulting from an increase in average interest earning assets of approximately $60 million for the three months ended September 30, 2014 compared to the three months ended September, 2013. Non-interest income also increased by $69,000.

(OTCQB:FCOB), holding company of 1st Colonial Community Bank, today reported that its net income for the three months ended June 30, 2014 was $291,000 ($0.08 per share) compared to $251,000 ($0.06 per share) for the three months ended June 30, 2013. Net interest income increased $319,000 resulting from an increase in average interest earning assets of approximately $46 million for the three months ended June 30, 2014, compared to the three months ended June 30, 2013. In addition, our provision for loan losses decreased by $75,000 for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 from the quarter ended June 30, 2013.
