Thanks EnergyAce. I wonder what other issues they are trying to resolve given the fact that the company had already submitted the letter from attorney the same day. Anyways, I'm just hoping the skull gets removed in a few days. It appears their policy is 30 days even if the issues are resolved. Hoping for the best... Hk
