WINNIPEG, MANITOBA--(Marketwired - April 10, 2015) - Monsanto Canada has been selected as one of Canada's Best Workplaces in the Great Place to Work ® Institute's annual ranking of Canadian businesses. Monsanto placed 25 th on the list of large and multinational workplaces. This is the first time Monsanto Canada has qualified for the award.
The Great Place to Work Institute researches and recognizes workplaces in more than 45 countries. Based on data collected from over 10 million employees, this is the world's largest study of workplace excellence and people management practices. Employees respond to questions about credibility, respect, fairness, pride, camaraderie, and workplace culture.
During the annual Great Place to Work awards ceremony, held April 9 th in Toronto, Monsanto Canada also received a 5 th place ranking on the list of Best Places to Work for Women.
