Announced today that its GANDER.tv division has entered into music licensing agreements with BMI, ASCAP and SESAC, the three leading performing rights organizations. These groups represent songwriters and publishers and their rights to be compensated for having their music performed in public.

GANDER.tv provides live, interactive feeds from many of the New York metropolitan areas most exciting, popular and fun-filled hospitality outlets, offering web visitors the opportunity to preview venues and make their plans for their night out!

The hospitality industry is extremely sensitive to the issues of infringement of music publishing rights. These licenses put GANDER.tv in full compliance and give the venue owners the confidence to contract for GANDER's services.

Broadcast Music, Inc. represents more than 500,000 songwriters, composers, and publishers.
