Siren 911
Siren 911 provides immediate notification of a 911 caller’s location and identity. When someone in your community calls 911, the SirenGPS web application plots the individual's location on a map. When appropriate, SirenGPS delivers this notification directly to first responders. Providing automatic location and identity information reduces emergency response time by as much as 40%. Program a second one-touch call button to connect callers directly to designated local first responders.
-The free SirenGPS smartphone app provides a location-aware 911 panic button, which reveals the GPS coordinates of all 911 calls made in your community.

Turn mass notification into community communication with Siren Alert. Siren Alert allows your Network security team to distribute information to groups, specific locations, buildings, geographic areas or your entire community and to receive information back in real time. Using GPS integration, you can immediately inform people in the affected location of danger. Siren Alert not only informs individuals of a crisis in their immediate vicinity; it also warns people of danger as they approach a threat, steering them away and toward safety. Informing the community of potential threats in real time keeps people out of harmful situations and eliminates chaos in a crisis.

Paul Rauner
FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Paul is an adjunct professor at Boston University School of Medicine, where he teaches Law and Ethics of Emergency Management. A lawyer and father of four, he has over 15 years of experience providing risk consulting and related services to large corporations, universities, hospitals and individuals. For eight years, Paul ran Rauner Risk Services, Inc., an insurance and consulting business he founded in 2005. He has acted as Insurance Agency General Counsel for NASDAQ and Assistant Legal Director for Aon Risk Services. Paul earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Calvin College in 1992 and graduated from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1997.
Galina Berkovich
CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
A graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, Galina has been an integral member of the SirenGPS team since the company’s inception two years ago. Responsible for operational and strategic planning, Galina’s business instincts, project-management acumen, and keen sense of our next-generation emergency communication tools make her the perfect fit for SirenGPS.
Bernard Mangold
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Bernard joins SirenGPS with more than 20 years of experience in development and management of advanced research and development teams. Formerly CTO at Addion, he has worked at Microsoft Live Labs where he led a concept development team and developed a model for sustainable innovation and product incubation in the enterprise. Also at Microsoft, Bernard was Senior Director of Business Management for the Business Platform Division (products including SQL Server, SQL Azure, and AppFabric among others). Prior to Microsoft, Bernard was the Director of Research Engineering at Yahoo! Bernard holds a Ph.D. (D.I.C.) from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine in London.
