PlacementTracker Publishes Q1 2015 PIPE Market League Tables

San Diego, April 09, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PlacementTracker, the leading source for data and analysis to institutions in the PIPE market, today announced the most active investment banks, investors, and law firms in the U.S. PIPE market during the first quarter of 2015.

A total of $6.7 billion was raised in 225 transactions through the end of the first quarter. Of this amount, 2 transactions totaling $313 million have been announced but not yet closed as of 4/07/15.
