What I like about NTEK/Ultraflix and coming up:

Lots of catalysts on the way. My DD even unearthed a couple of
tech acquisitions to help them manage certain aspects of the
business...
The last batch of shares were RESTRICTED. Should NOT have caused
any sell-off because NONE OF THEM went into the float. People are
NOT very sophisticated or knowledgeable about what's going on. Lots
of people got scared off their position. Happens ALL THE TIME as
do 95-98% retraces in OTC stocks.
IDIOTS & talking heads who don't know their ASS from their ELBOW
parrot short-interest who make a production about audits, etc..
or that the "price will ONLY recover with an audit" etc..
NTEK has a TON of catalysts. Shares are being put to
judicious use. AND YES, "technical" there was "dilution" (an
increase in the outstanding), but those shares are RESTRICTED &
can't be sold into market...Not for a YEAR!!
But panic, ignorance, unsophisticated investors, manipulation,
wash trading, & all the games are part of the OTC. The ONLY
question is if NTEK will continue to deliver...If they do we
are going to have a MONSTER Holiday Season with 4K sales projected
to INCREASE 10X current market (I have posted the DD to the
board) & NTEK only needs a small piece of that business to be
wildly successful & PAY OFF for SHAREHOLDER who buy here...
What about HVEL? That business could be worth a FORTUNE in less
than 3-5yrs. Same with NTEK....But, the price decline & simply
shouting "DILUTION" is not very precise...
But hey! It works,...gets people panicked, worried, scared,
selling & drives the price down. SOMEBODY is going to BENEFIT
BIGGLY from this price action
