$QUES based on what they said, we can just able DOUBLE the earnings THIS yr, EXCLUDING any growth they will have....(IP, we value it at zero for now)
For the fourth quarter, the pro forma gross profit margin was 10% of pro forma revenue. The gross margin for the fourth quarter was lower due to personnel focused on integrating the BCS acquisition, rather than closing sales. The company has largely completed the integration and reallocated these resources, with margins expected to improve in future periods, returning to the 20-24% level.
