In all honesty, I have thought the dead same. The build up that's been going on is going to cause a significantly larger spike once this hurdle is clear.
And there is a part of me that feels guilty for saying this, buy I have used this time to significantly add to my position...and given that I share the thought that most do in that Baltia is a when and not a if, I'm ok with this delay because in the end this delay is going to mean a lot more money for me down the road.
