Am I the only one who thinks Volume was Manipulate

at 10:30-10:35 am on Tuesday (I used a chart with 5 minute intervals) There was a sell that was 2,533,000 shares starting at .013 and ending at .012
Since then it seems that there has been about 50 million shares traded back and forth between .12 and .13 (with slight amounts outside of that!
It appears that the MM's have been MAKING A KILLING!!!
My main point is it looks like the 10 Day Average has been Increased to 12 Million (as of now basically double the 7 million before)!
This allows people to buy MUCH LARGER AMOUNTS OF STOCK!
Ntek had been trading at .02-.024 for a little while... then down to .018 then down to .015 then to .012 (.115 as the 52 week low)
So now, the price held steady at .012 for Buyers and a lot of shares have changed hands, at around .012.
For large Buyers we are talking about a huge difference in shares!
$100,000 buys at .02 ... 5 Million shares
$100,000 buys at .012 ..8.33 Million shares
So looking at that if someone was looking to acquire say 10 or 20 million shares... it would be at a rate of about 65%....
I think MM's and some shorting walked down the price, and a lot of the volume was traded in "WASH SALES" So how much of the volume actually was "REAL SELLING", I am not sure.
Does anyone else agree there was a lot of share EXCHANGES BETWEEN parties to INCREASE VOLUME and LOWER PPS?
