If a "small investor" is not smart enough to see thru their BS, I feel sorry for he/she, so maybe they should avoid investing.
Their are con artists all over the globe, preying on the week minded, the elderly, the misinformed, and those clowns over there, even though small frys, take advantage without remorse.
In the end, they will get what they get and move on to another board.
Their verbiage will not effect Baltia.
