Good morning ladies. I have thought long and hard

Good morning ladies.
I have thought long and hard the past couple of days about this board, soliciting advice from some along the way (both here and elsewhere). What I've settled on is this: I created this board for girls. I've titled it "The Ladies Room." The idea was for women to have a place out here in the Hangout for us to share ideas about stocks, for sure, but also to talk about life, share cool links (like the Shoedazzle.com post I made a couple of days ago), or whatever else any of the WOMEN wanted to talk about.
I'm going to take a harder line on what posts are allowed to remain on the board. I'll be honest - within the bounds of decency, any post by a female will be allowed. Any post by a male will be highly scrutinized and likely deleted, unless the moderators (who by the way will only be females) feel it in some way supports the 'mission' of the board's existence.
I feel I need to honor those females who might be out there (here) looking for something of a haven to just discuss things with other females. I don't want to take the group private, and I know that by keeping it public I lose control over who wants to read the posts. However, I can't in good conscience invite a girl to join our Ladies' Room to talk with other girls, but then turn around and 'allow' men.
So, I ask that the men out there who have boardmarked and/or posted in the Ladies' Room to respect the fact that this board is for women. We love you guys, and are flattered that you want to be here with us, but there are other boards out there for that. This one wasn't created with that in mind.
I welcome all of your comments and criticisms, and will answer all respectfully.
