I think it's time to call out those individuals as to section 17(b) of the said Securities Act of 1933. They must disclose if they are being compensated, type of compensation, amount, and source. Otherwise they are in violation of the said Securities Act. This also applies to posters on message boards and in chat rooms. I believe others should inquire as well of posters that they suspect are being compensated. Their answer to the question will then be on record for an investigation with respect to violations of section (b) of the Securities Act, as to their activities associated with Marani Brands.
