Corporation, (OTC PINK: ASKE) President Dominick Falso is pleased to announce that the company
will seek to become a Business Development Corporation, in order to better enhance shareholder equity.
President of ASKE Dominick Falso states “We have removed a significant amount of non affiliated debt
from our balance sheet over the course of the last eighteen months and now we are ready to turn the
corner. As part of our general restructuring, we will look for someone with turn around experience in the
private sector to fill the CEO position. And to bring in companies as subsidiaries that can add value to our
bottom line. "
“We are in the process of negotiating with prospective parties that would be inclined to bring their assets
into Alaska Pacific Energy,” said Dominick Falso. “Naturally we are looking for an individual that has
the ability to run a public company, and build value using the new Convertible Preferred instruments as
currency, that the company has created. Replacing myself is an absolutely necessary incentive to start
fresh. More clarity will be available to the stock holders once the company has made it's choice. "
