Artisan - I didn't catch that on the OTC yesterday,so I can't verify it. I do know about the company's controversial past as it has reinvented itself several times to create a product that the consumer would actually buy. And I know they just recently emerged from bankruptcy protection.

I do not know about the involvement of the 2 other partners and whether or not they are supposed to own stock or not. Nor do i know about the rumor that 2 million shares have been added.

I would assume that the OTC would ultimately be in charge of how many shares there are, and the company would have to file paperwork to establish additional shares (I don't think they can just make them up on their own).

As far as who owns the shares, and whether or not they are authorized to do so, I'm not sure about that either.

But let's suppose that the rumors are true and that there are 2 other partners who have purchased large amounts of shares (whether or not it was prohibited). What is their next step? They need the price to go up in order to profit from it, no? In other words, does the rumor necessarily mean that the price will drop? Or does it just mean that more crooks are jumping on the bandwagon?

The creation of 2 million shares would dilute each individual investor's clout, but the company has 6 million shares authorized.

Can we find any way of confirming these rumors? Or at least getting more solid information regarding this?
