The MJ advocates don't want them to separate CBD from THC for medicinal purposes, but the fact is it will probably need to happen in steps, starting with the legalization of CBD at the federal level. I think there will be concessions made that will favor CBD real soon. I believe the majority of Capitol Hill is still worried about legalizing the THC side for medicinal use, due to the fact it could be misused. As for the CBD side there is not a single argument that would hold up to prevent its legalization at the federal level.
I am in favor of getting the whole plant legalized, including the THC side, as it is less dangerous than alcohol and is wasting so much money in legal enforcement, along with a whole lot more, but it may take awhile longer to garner enough support to legalize the THC side, while the CBD side has overwhelming support from both parties at every level.
I think we are only weeks or months away from CBD being legalized and send NRTI scurrying to ramp up production and hit the retail chains with their CBD products, beginning with Nulief. This would put us at the forefront of the entire retail CBD market to capture huge sales and profits to send the share price soaring! This is not a pipedream, this is the reality folks. If you are paying attention to what is happening, it isn't hard to understand what is coming to send this stock soaring. Being FIRST w/CBD in RETAIL STORES is OUR HOLY GRAIL to turn this around in a hurry! I'd much rather be early to this party than late and chasing it up. JMHO - Cheers!
